Please read them carefully before enrolling in any course, purchasing an info product, or ordering a physical item from MindVisionEdge.

2. Services

MindVisionEdge offers live coaching sessions, workshops, and one-on-one mentoring programs. These services are delivered in person at the location specified during registration or via our online portal. Services are tailored to personal development goals such as confidence building, leadership, and mindfulness.

3. Info Products

Our info products include digital courses, e-books, recordings, and workbooks available for instant access upon purchase. These resources are designed to provide self-paced guidance on personal growth topics.

4. Physical Goods

MindVisionEdge also offers tangible products such as printed workbooks, kits, and tools that support your journey. These items are shipped to the address you provide at checkout.

5. Refund and Reschedule Policy

5.1 Services

You may request to reschedule a live session up to 48 hours before its start without any additional fee. To reschedule, please get in touch. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, or fail to attend, the session fee is non-refundable due to seat reservation and facilitator preparation.

If an in-person session is cancelled by MindVisionEdge for any reason, you will be offered a choice of rescheduled dates or full reimbursement of the payment via the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation.

5.2 Info Products

Due to the digital nature of info products, all sales are final once access is granted. However, if you encounter technical issues preventing access within 7 days of purchase, please contact us for support. If the issue remains unresolved, MindVisionEdge will reimburse the fee upon verification of the access problem.

5.3 Physical Goods

To be eligible for a refund, products must be sent back to our facility in unused condition within 15 days of delivery. You are responsible for shipping. Once we receive the item, we will process reimbursement to the original payment method within 14 days. If an item is damaged on arrival, please notify us within 5 days so we can send a replacement at no extra charge.
